The cash flow mortgage is an excellent and unique mortgage product that more people need to be familiar with.  This product has been around for years and has worked very effectively.  It is designed to offer reduced (45%), preset mortgage payments for five years.  It is designed to help everyone concerned with cash flow, and has become more popular in the last decade. It will create substantial cash flow that can be used for jump-starting a retirement plan or college fund, paying off high interest rate credit cards, or for paying down the principal directly! The objective of this cash flow plan is more equity; a retirement income and/or dramatically lower monthly payments. It has been stated this will be the way most mortgages are written in the future.  It's been referred to as "the term insurance of the home mortgage industry."
